Deputy Exhibition Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a committed and qualified employee (m/f/d) to fill the position of Deputy Exhibition Manager on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) at our Hanau location, starting February 1, 2026.
Your main areas of responsibility include
■ Act as contact person for visitors, employees, service providers, hall rental companies, etc.
■ Ensuring order, cleanliness and the smooth running of the exhibition
■ Preparing receipts for bookkeeping and keeping the cash book and rosters
■ Preparation of daily financial statements, processing of accounting-relevant documents incl. inventory and merchandising accounting
■ Carrying out general administrative tasks in day-to-day business and daily reporting on incidents, visitor numbers, etc.
■ Supporting colleagues during breaks (box office + merchandising)
What you should bring with you:
■ Friendly and confident demeanor as well as an open and communicative personality
■ Experience in sales and customer service
■ Numeracy and accuracy and ideally experience of working with cash register systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
■ Very good written and spoken German skills
■ Punctuality and reliability
■ Time flexibility including the willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
