Your main areas of responsibility include
- Function as contact person for visitors, employees, service providers, hall rental companies, etc.
- Order, cleanliness and the smooth running of the exhibition are ensured by
- Cash book management, preparation of receipts for accounting and keeping rosters
- Preparation of daily financial statements, processing of accounting-relevant documents including daily inventory and merchandising accounting
- Completion of general administrative tasks in day-to-day business and daily reporting on incidents, visitor numbers, etc.
- Support/ break replacement for colleagues (box office + merchandising)
- Responsibility for personnel planning and personnel management
What you should bring with you:
- Friendly and confident demeanor as well as an open and communicative personality
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Numeracy and accuracy and ideally experience with cash register systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Good written and spoken German
- Punctuality and reliability
- Time flexibility including the willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
