With the time slot ticket, access to the exhibition is possible within the booked time slot. There is no time limit on the length of stay.

With these tickets, you can access the exhibition at any time during the month you have booked without having to reserve in advance or commit to a specific time, and there is no time limit on how long you can stay.

Frequently asked questions
Stay
There is no time limit for visiting the exhibition during opening hours. We recommend that you allow about 1.5 hours for your visit. The duration depends on how long you want to look at the individual works and whether you want to read all the available information. Experience has shown that using the multimedia tour extends the time spent in the exhibition. Once you have left the exhibition, it is not possible to re-enter.
Accessibility
The exhibition is accessible to all visitors.
Photography & filming
Photography and filming are permitted.
Guided tours
There is a comprehensive and informative multimedia tour that can be conveniently accessed on site using a QR code on your own smartphone. This multimedia tour is free of charge.
Lockers
There are lockers on site which can be used for a fee of 1 euro. A checkroom is not available.
Lost and found office
The lost and found office is located at the information desk in the entrance area of the exhibition.
Card payment
You can pay in cash or cashless with a debit card or major credit cards.
Baby carriage
Baby carriages are permitted in the exhibition if space permits. On busy days, baby carriages may have to be deposited in the foyer area.
Souvenirs
In our store you can buy a wide variety of souvenirs for Banksy fans.
Animals
It is not permitted to bring dogs or other animals into the exhibition unless prior notice has been given. This is only possible for guide or assistance dogs.
